Ghoulfriends

Up this week, we have a bit of an early spooky piece for this year! Didn’t really mean to kick off halloween this early, but I guess I was just in the mood as the stores already have spooky things in stock and my wife is buying things left and right (thanks for subscribing btw).

Anyway! I wanted to do something highlighting a bunch of ladies frolicking in like… I dunno, a mall fountain or something? XD And this sprung to mind. I don’t recall which ladies I had started with but in my efforts to avoid getting too one-note with characters I bounced back and forth for like a week before settling on Booette.

I absolutely love the results, especially the lighting. I wanted to avoid natural colors specifically given it’s Booette, and casting her in a light purple seems to be the way to bring out her design and give her the right vibe. And then of course… I added two more, cuz if one boo is great, three is a party!
